Jim & Sari Sim have been in ministry for many years, internationally and in the states. Jim has ministered in over 20 countries.
Jim & Sari have a huge value for walking in freedom and bringing kingdom freedom to everyone they minister to. They operate in God’s abundance mindset and help people to dream again.
They live in Pasco, WA after ministering in Texas and Panama.
Jim and Sari have three children: Shannon, Whitney, and Joshua, and five grandchildren: Scottie, Sunny, Stevie, Lyla, and Goldie.
Bethany McCance LSSM Overseer
Bethany is a lover of Jesus first, a wife to Brian and mother to many. She lives life to the fullest with joy.
Bethany’s passion is to see people saved, healed, and delivered. She loves watching sons and daughters come home and step into their full inheritance. LSSM changed Bethany’s life and she enjoys watching others get free.
Bethany lives in Pasco, Washington surrounded by family and friends.
Mark Middleton

Mark & his wife Rachel are hungry for revival in Eastern Washington. Having both graduated from Pasco High School, they both yearn for the seven city region to be set on fire for the Lord.
Mark & Rachel serve on staff at LIFECHURCH7 and serve on the director team for LSSM.
Rachel graduated from Oceans Edge School of Worship and Mark has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Theology from Northwest University. They, with their four children (Jacoby, Harvey, Quincy, and Paisley), live in Pasco, WA.

Clay Fox
LSSM Overseer
Clay and Hope love God, love people, and love witnessing the transformation that occurs when people are saved, healed, and delivered.
Hope encountered God as a little girl and began a Holy Spirit filled life of intimacy. She has a deep love for people and a big heart to be a spiritual mother.
Likewise, Clay’s heart is to love like Jesus and he is a mentor and spiritual father to many. Clay and Hope are anointed pastors in our community.
They both have been involved in several ministries over the past 30 years from Children to Youth to Adults, both domestic and abroad.
They have lived in the Tri-Cities for more than 20 years, raising 6 children, and now have 3 grand children.
It is with great excitement and anticipation they get to assist others with their supernatural journeys.
Kendal Orona LSSM Administrator
Kendal grew up in Tacoma, Washington and pursued a career in Information Technology. After working in the IT world for almost 40 years, she retired and joined the LSSM team as an Administrator.
Kendal’s desire is to see people know who they are in Christ and be free to pursue a life with Him. She has attended all three years of the school, volunteered on the support team for two years, and now joins our staff to help equip and train students to live like Jesus in every area of their lives.
Kendal is now re-fired and not re-tired.
